DISCLOSURE & LIABILITY

You are the legal owner of your dog. Your dog’s vaccinations are up to date and your dog is properly licensed. (This does not apply to puppies under 16 weeks)

You have disclosed any significant behavioural issues, medical conditions and allergies of your dog to Davina.

If any accident, injury or medical problems develop while your dog is in the care of Davina, you authorise Davina to do whatever they deem necessary for the wellbeing of your dog. You agree to assume full responsibility for any and all costs incurred.

You understand that there are risks involved in training your dog and you accept that Davina is not liable for any injuries, illnesses or damages (of any kind) to your dog or any third party (human or animal) resulting while your dog is in Davina's care unless caused by our negligence.

SERVICES & FEES

For Consultations, the Fee is payable on booking to confirm the appointments or on the date the invoice states.

For Training Programs, fees are payable in advance, on a monthly basis. The first month’s Fee is payable on booking to confirm the program.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For Home Consultations, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule. Less than 48 hours' notice, the Home Consultation will be charged as completed.

For Programs that are paying full price and Training Sessions, a minimum of seven day's notice is required to reschedule any session. With less than seven days' notice, the session with be considered completed.

Discounted block payments are due prior to the program taking place, if cancelation needs to accur's the block booking is non-refundable, however able to be placed as credit on your Positive Paws account to use as needed within a 5-month period.

If the weather on the day is a factor Positive Paws reserves the right to reschedule to ensure both dog and owner get the full benefits of the scheduled consult, day-train or any program that will be held outdoors.

Davina reserves the right to refuse any entire female dog on the HQ that is in heat, the female dog will only be able to return once has finish her heat, Davina may ask for written confirmation from veterinarian before allowing to return to start/complete 1-2-1 consult, program or board and train.

If you are not available for any session Davina will still train your dog to keep up training momentum as long as the dog is delivered to her HQ.

If you have free coaching included in a program it must be used within the program or will not be valid, unless pre-arranged on booking.

If your dog is on a program and you can't make a day that has already been booked and accepted upon purchase, this will not be able to be resumed at end of program, unless discussed and arranged with Davina.
